Suggestion about Aatrox

I have a suggestion about Aatrox. Right now , even though RIOT keep giving him some little buffs, but he is still weak. He is weak is because his passive , no one gonna fight him when he has a passive(undying), and in the fight , is already hard to stack up his passive to 100. During the 160 sec cooldown on his passive , no one really care about him. In the future pbe, could you guys test one thing? Removed the 160 sec cooldown on his undying, he can have his undying whenever you stack the passive bar to 100. just saying.
