WW is slow as all heck in the jungle, its even worse now because of the combination of halving the duration of his W along with greatly increasing the cooldown time. Can we at least get something back here? WW has llike 1 ability now.
Honestly they should probably buff devourer too. How many junglers do you see build that? After it's nerfs everyone built warrior, now it's either warrior or cinderhulk every game. Devourer needs to go back to at least 30 base damage or if not do bonus damage to jungle creeps like feral flare did.
I agree that they could probably give him some more power back. At first I was okay with the nerfs because from the way they talked about it, it seemed like his rework was right around the corner but its been a couple months now and no rework...

I think Devourer itself needs a small buff. You rarely see anyone get it anymore. It feels too slow now outside of low-ELO games. I almost never see it in competitive either.
honestly i would like to see him get his ult base back too. he feels alot weaker than last season, especially in his lategame dueling power, which he used to shine in.
Restore the duration and cooldown on W, but remove the team buff. Instead, give WW a Cleanse when he activates W. When I'm playing Warwick, at the start of every team fight, people mindlessly drop ignite and exhaust on Warwick, just because he's WW. There should be more thought involved for both Warwick and the enemy- should WW use W to get the AS buff and use up the Cleanse at the start of the fight, or wait until he's debuffed? More gamey-ness.
This happens every time the gameplay/items shift to favor a new champion.
First the champions gets nerfed to bring them in line, then the items get nerfed, leaving the champion double nerfed. Just look at what happened to Olaf when HP tanks were powerful.

Who knows. It's riot. They probably don't want people to buy him or skins, until they finally get finished with their rework of him and then they'll give him buffs for people to get him, skins, then nerf him down because "lol melee -zed/lcsbigplays"
With 
's rework scrapped it would be nice for some buffs. I would love for Hunters Call to be buffed up again I will even be okay with them removing the attack speed buff to allies if they buffed it.

WW needs some love, unfortunately it's not likely to happen until he gets reworked.
Nerfing his W was retarded. It had nothing to do with the synergy he had with devourer/skirmisher.
AP warwick also needs a compensation buff for dfg removal
As for those saying he is being reworked- Morello promised a WW rework in Post Season 3. It hasn't happened yet. So don't hold your breath
They also said yorik was getting a rework bout 3 years ago I believe. Still waiting.
I think the real problem is this:
Top Junglers: Sejuani, Amumu, Volibear, Hecarim, Nautilus, Skarner, Nunu, Sion, Rek'Sai, Fiddlesticks, Maokai, Fizz, Rammus, Dr. Mundo
Notice that none of these junglers actualy use devour and with a kinda logical reason:
+ Right now devour is the only enchament that exist out basic componements. This delayed powerspike prevent this to outshines their counterparts.
Whe just need this:
+ He is still alright, I mained him in Season 4 (170 ranked game on him mostly in Gold) and still play him alot. In my opinion W has always had a lot of hidden power as you could just press it for free assists if you saw your teammates are about to kill someone cause the range is really huge, lategame it gave a 40 percent attack speed buff for 10 seconds to all 4 of your teammates, that is pretty ridiculous to be honest. So I am fine with the nerfs on W but they should really give him back the 250 base damage on his ult, that is what hurt him a lot in my opinion and totally destroyed Lanewick.
You know, this happens a lot. This jungle item gets retuned, and retuned, and nerfed, then returned, and nerfed repeatedly. And it's always master yi and WW's fault. HMMMMMMM
Warwick is just utter garbage right now and I find him to be pretty much unplayable. Needs a rework badly.
Probably wont because Riot has said many time recently that they have a rework planed for him. So probably no changes any time soon
maybe he does need a buff but Skirmisher's Sabre was reworked from a strong item to a item that i'd never buy due to ww and yi being strong with it so because of them we lost a good jungle item that only needed a few changes to be in a good place. (in other words i don't like them)
as for buffs to i think they could give him a buff to his w and bring back the old skimishers sabre and nerf yi and other champs that are too good with it early to compensate for bringing it back because atm skirmishers sabre and Poacher's Knife are totally out classed by Stalker's Blade and Ranger's Trailblazer
as for devourer i think it's in a good place it's a late game scaling item so it makes sense that it's a weaker early compered to the other jungle items
