Love for Evelynn?

Let's face it, with the nerf's Evelynn got way back, she see's next to no play anymore. I think it's high time she got a rework. Maybe not a large one, just some adjustments and an ability change here or there. Maybe just some buff's to make her competitive again. Maybe after the poppy rework coming up soon?
