Deficiency with Leave Buster

If players get kicked from a group because of a server error and receive a notification that the error was sent to RIOT, why are they still penalized as a quitter? This happened to me last week. My internet was as amazing as ever [i checked].

PLEASE create a feedback system. If you really are sending errors to your staff for them to look into, some type of notification should be sent to the game that does not penalize the player with a 30 min wait for something they can't control.
