Problems with champ selection and ban

Hey. I dont know if anyone ells has the same problem as me. But when I play ranked, my pc laggs out during ban and champ selection. My pc just freeze and I cant do anything. In game I dont have any problems at all. I think its really annoying, cause I lose LP and get bans. I just got 29 minutes ban, cause people spammed chat two times in a row, and that my computer cant take. Does anyone ells have the same problem as me?
