What are you thinking riot??!?!?!

You removed Tracker's knife because it's too op giving way too much vision in high elo(the only good way to counter assassins) You make Dark Harvest...It's broken as hell, then you get the idea of making it a execute(abused by every single ap champ in the game pretty much at this point) while removing vision items... and making it able to proc in lane... then you add gold to turrets. Why are you making league a int to win ap scaling meta?? What is this?!?!? I did almost 2x less damage than a Nami support with dark harvest as a mediocre lee with electrocute. Either change the scaling of that or simply just remove it. Why can i get one shot by a 20/24 karthus or some other dumb stuff being played. How come there aren't any adcs anymore,w half of my games i see karthus/swain/corki and Zyra(???) all of them going dark harvest on adc(apc). Just change this meta, this is disgusting
