Minion Bonus Damage & AFKs

Simple and short, if someone is disconnected the game shouldn't even consider them for minion bonus damage based on total team level. I was just in a ranked game where the enemy minions got up to fucking 40% bonus damage because our Vayne never even connected to the game. That's obscene, and the whole fucking match pisses me the hell off.

But yeah, minion damage should not take people who are disconnected into consideration. I realize coding that could be a huge pain, but it's not like it could be abused; even if someone's doing badly, minion damage will only be at like... 3-5% at worst, not something people would try and force someone out of the game over. But 40% over someone who failed to connect?

I have a lot of faith in Riot and their logic, but the failure to take this into account is just an utter drop of the ball in my opinion, I'm sorry.
