I feel like Youmuu's should only give move speed when running TOWARDS enemy champions, not away

Gonna be honest, I mostly just feel this way out of saltiness over managing to catch people when they dive my ADC, only for them to Youmuus and just auto run away faster than anyone else can chase them. I'd rather see assassins use their trickery to escape a bad gank (or just fucking die to their own miscalculation like everyone else), not just carry around a free Get Out of Bad Decisions Free card all game.
