Can we get an indicator on the amount of increased healing and shielding?

Right now when I hover Janna's E I get a tooltip saying

It shields an allied champion for SHIELD STRENGTH: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP) However with the shield and heal increases from items as and windspeakers blessing, I would like to see how much it actually adds to the shield and heals, because I can't see it when clicking the HP bar on my ally as it doesn't increase his health when I shield him. So I am just left guessing what my shields and heals actually add to a fight.

It would be nice if it was something like SHIELD STRENGTH: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP) (+ % Bonus from items) So we would get somethine like (240) + (140) + (84).
