[Suggestion] Way's to Improve Teemo a little further.
Hi, im Bärti and I main Teemo. 
I had a few people from the Surrender@20 comment section and me collecting ways to Improve Teemo in a more today oriented Champion. There as follow:
Add some more usability to his Upgraded Passive which really in not fitting for Toplane;
> Passive: Camouflage
> NEW:** When Teemo leaves a brush he continue being stealth for 0,25 - 0,5 Seconds**
It won't buff him Insanely much and there are ways to predict he left the brush, and to be honest 0,25 - 0,5 Seconds is not that long.
Back when Teemo was the only one of his kind, gaining alot of** Movementspeed it should have something more to it- He is the swift scout.
So just a small adjustion to his W
> W: Move Quick**
Active: ** Teemo dashes a short distance** and doubles his bonus movement speed for 3 seconds and prevents it from being disabled by damage.
There are moments where you have to dodge for such a small amount of units or just add a small amount of damage to an enemy champion. So a small dash (about Lucian's dash size) would do him really good and makes him one of today standarts. So many champions have Mobility on her W and do it way better than teemo.
> R: Noxious Trap
- Decrease arm and stealth time back to 1 second or atleast let it decrease per level to like 1,5/1,25/1 Second. People in lategame easily get off 3 Attacks even when out of range. Its not meant to be an ability to throw at enemy teams and hope it does the same what Ziggs ult is doing. Its meant to be placed infront of enemys or before fights as a kind of Zoning tool which grants alot of damage.
- Decrease his manacost. His manacost of 75/100/125 NEVER changed. Ever. Its such an outdated manacost for an ultimate ability. put it either** to 100 Mana** at all level OR make it level from 75 to 100, its really really frustraging lurking around waiting for 25 mana just to throw out 1 more Shroom before dieing/fighting.
