"I dont care, this is my alt" mentality

Been running into these kind of players lately. They either throw or leave at the tiniest disadvantage or at anything they don't like. Had an enemy Xin throw the game because their toplane picked raka. Raka lost her lane but helped her team won every single fight and Xin couldn't bear seeing Raka do well so he int. In my recent game, Ahri left because tryn was slightly ahead despite us having won both drags and rift allowing their LB free roam to get fed. I don't mind people having alts, but seriously just because it's an alt account doesn't give you the right to be an asshat. There needs to be some way to link alt accounts to main to both prevent account botting from botters and people not giving a shit since their main would be untouched by punishment.
