Ranked systems

When is ranked gonna be fun? Im tired of losing and ive tried everything. Im also tired of people saying dont blame your team well i main jg and i cant even win when bot and top just fee the enemy and its like this every match and all they do is blame me that i dont gank enough like its my job 2 b the Flash and run all over the map in 2.5 seconds this is unfair and when i do get good teammates they go afk and make us lose and all u can do us report them while u still lose lp and nothing changes they just jump into another match and do the same thing making other players suffer its so stessful i really do love the game i love the play sytle and mechanic but its not fair that i cant progress in ranked like this and i feel like somthing should be done and all ppl that are not bronze say there is no such thing as elohell we "rain check" im in it abd it suck......its really like quick sand once ur in it there is no getting out unless there is some sort of divine intervention which in this case doesnt exist
