So I was thinking of some cool things that could be added to league or changed about league to make it a healthier game.

1: Give turrets GW that last for 6 seconds after taking damage from a turret.

Reason is because, this will make sustain based champions have to consider if they can all in under a tower if the take aggro or not. Vlad would be punished more for, Flash E R Q W. Swain couldn't just drain tank you under your tower. Trundle, Fiora, Irelia wouldn't be able to full to zero you under the tower while lifestealing off of you for no reason. Mundo couldn't run you down under a tower with his ulti. Tryndamere wouldn't get HP back from kills as effectively, etc. This would deter turret diving on champions that are already difficult to deal with. Now they also have to abid by the same turret rules as everyone else.

2: Lower first tower gold to 400 gold. Currently is 550 gold. Slowing down the snowball effect a bit.

The thing about snowballing is, it feels good when it is earned. But it doesn't feel good when its one or two people on your team are the reason for that snowball, relegating everyone else to become the cannon fodder for them to do what they want. While on the other side, its not fun to deal with a champion who got the first turret gold, and is nearly a whole item over the laner that they were against. If the snowball was achieved as a team, then it feels fine. Both sides are agreeing that one side screwed up, and the other side just did better. But for example. Lets say blue side vayne gets first tower gold and first blood. Red Side Cass and Ill were winning lane both with about 35-45 cs lead with 0/0/0 KDA. Vayne will still be too big of a threat for the two of them, because everyone will become cannon fodder for her to kill them. No one likes that, because it does a few things and everyone has experienced it. Puts power into vayne's hands. So if she just starts INTing, there is nothing her team can do. or She just runs it down each lane until the game is over.
