Have I gone deaf?

Why during champion select we don't hear the champion's taunt anymore? We used to hear it and I thought it was pretty cool seeing as champ select is super quiet. The only thing that should remain would be Sona not saying anything except to the summoner playing her."Only you can hear me summoner." (Lying bitch)

Riot pls, bring back our talkative champs during champ select!
