Jungle change idea

Nerf the amount of exp you get from camps by like, 5%, and make it so everytime you kill a camp you get bonus 10% exp from the next camp and reset the timer. The purpose? Jungling is too forgiving, you can clear 3 camps, gank 2 lanes, go back and go do the other side of your jungle without falling off in levels at all, a change like this would not only provide some help off that, but also buff a lil those farm junglers or those that need lvl 6 (looking at you ) What do you guys think? i said 5% and 10% but obviously these would be changed i believe
