If someone is feeding a certain amount times in a certain time span can we trap them in the fountain

In my elo i get REALLY bad players it really hard to carry when someone feeds so hard in certain time span its unbelievable. i think when someone dies after a certain amount of times we should trap in the fountain because its not helping your team, its helping the fucking enemy win i rather it be a solid 4v5 than to have that trol intentionally feeding and not following any pings. THOUGHTS??
