Mobility vs swiftness boots for season 6

Since i noticed what you did with the increasing the flat MS and lowering the price to be the same as (800 gold). Why not also remove and give an extra passive of extra out of combat MS ?? Even if it means removing the slow resist in them and adding it to . BTW dont remove 15% tenacity from because you want to lower the price by 100 gold !! Especially since you are buffing the other boots and removing . i do think that are overused but the reason was that the other boots just needed a buff and now you are on the right track.
