Adding stats and description of damage abilities to champion ability description

So I think with being able to view the champions you own along with their abilities, there should also be a description of how much damage the ability does and not just the description of what the ability does. Its annoying to have to go to separate site to look up how the damage scales and what exact damage abilities do at certain levels or even just level 1. So adding this to client i think would be very pleasing. I think it'd help players that dont play certain champs be able to look at that champ and understand their damage rather than just their abilities themselves. please riot!
