Ranked and Riot, We need to Chat.

Lets talk about what Riot has done with Ranked this season. I am overall happy about the removal of the 5th division and the Introduction to the new tiers. However. I am very unsatisfied with how the LP works. Now when i want to play my promos, I don't get my guaranteed pick anymore. Aside from that a few other notable things that irritate me. Why are we allowed one dodge a day that has a tolerable wait time. You encourage your community to not be toxic and even put loading screens about how keeping calm helps you win games, but you still have done nothing about this dodge system. I don't feel i should lose LP when i dodge and i feel i should be given chances to strategically dodge games and avoid possible toxic teams. The counter to this argument is that people will keep dodging or something like that, is that what low priority ques are for? Whats your thought on this? What do you think should be done with the Ranked System.

are you serious, they should INCREASE the penalty for dodging. it is so frustrating to queue for 5 mins and wait through champ selects only to have someone dodge cause they dont like their comp. the game would be unplayable if penalties were even lower for dodging

If they lessened the dodge penalty, no one would get to play Yasuo Zed. This sounds like a good change.

Not to mention there's a built in incentive in ranked to not try when you get off role, so dodging should be less painful to compensate for the new ranked system encouraging not trying.

I suggest just adding 1 free dodge a day with no wait and no lp loss, then the second dodge being how the first one is now etc. I also reccomend just putting a dodge button in champ select theres no reason to need to close the entire client anymore. Dodging has been around for a while just make it a part of champs select strategy.
