Yasuo and Rengar Main wanting to climb to Plat in Season 9.

Hey guys so as the title says i'm looking to climb to Platinum this season, and i just want some help from some higher elo players to try and improving my chances to reach my goal (I've been told by many friends that i possess the skill of a Platinum player, but it's friends it could be them being nice).

So i'm aware that one of these champions is very very cringy and too oftenly mained/played (Yasuo), some tips to carry with him as that is probably my biggest weakness what should i aim to do to carry with Yasuo and if you do care to look at my OP.GG tell me if there is something wrong with my itemization (I am aware that literally all of the games are Normals but i play with friends alot so ye, keep in mind in some games i know that i took the wrong rune or builded wrong items it was either for testing purpose or just memeing around). I look to usually kill their backline.

Now Rengar, i am able to do get a lead early on very easily with Rengar and if i fall behind i'll look to gank a lane that's ahead get myself back in the game, and then transfer the lead to other lanes as best as i can (That is if im Jungling with him) if im Top Rengo i will usually build a more like Bruiser build rather than going full assassin but if i get a lead with like 3 kills i will usually go full assassin. Also how do i carry with Rengar (I picked up Rengar not very long ago) and i can't really grasp the idea of how i am able to carry. Also tell me if anything is wrong with Itemization.

For Top i now mainly pick Rengar but if they pick a hard counter like for example Pantheon i'll switch champions to something like maybe a Renekton or even Ornn.

For Jungle i mainly play Rengar and Yi.

Mid i don't really play but if i have to it'll be either Yasuo (If he's not banned which is rarely) or Zed (He's banned a lot aswell) or Syndra or Annie.
