Serious question for ya Riot

Do you guys play the game before you release these patches? I get that it's preseason and shit's gonna be wacky, but come on, some of these champs are so damn ridiculous with their normal builds. I could understand it if like an offbuild no one could think of was broken, but these are straight up their normal builds. You should have seen this coming a mile away.
