Um they have Spell Vamp.... Its just called someone else now.
Both Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter give LifeSteal on ANY damage
well I mean look at why it got removed first. Vlad was unkillable. any sustained dps mage couldn't die, Morde could sit in a teamfight and spam laugh w/o dropping below half. it was busted hence why it's now limited
