Graves (and other Marksmen) Rework Thoughts

Pouring through the data and seeing what changes are currently in the works I thought I'd share my thoughts, and yes i know its still PBE and subject to change. The new items, boss and changes to the champions seem good so far. I love how Valor picks up Quinn, so awesome. I do however have one HUGE issues, Graves ammo. Conceptually its great but here is my problem. According to what I read his attack speed will not have a huge impact on the reload timer and I don't know about you but that timer seemed VERY slow, so yes you if you had a 1.50 speed you can get two shots off very quickly but there is at least a second delay to reload 2 bullets so out of 10 sec fight you are reloading 5 seconds, thats bad. I think if you want to make Graves seem less OP and want to give him a handicap, this is the way to do it.
