Demon Shade: I don't think it needs a change, however I would prefer if it gave Camouflage at level one and had the rest of her kit rebalanced to compensate (you'll see what I mean).

Hate Spike: Spikes now fire in the direction of the cursor. Revert to spam ability with mana cost per cast. NEW: Entering Demon Shade empowers your next three casts of Hate Spike to deal bonus max health damage and have a reduced cooldown.

Allure: Keep the same, but move some damage from the rest of her kit to on W Charm proc. The reason Evelynn's stealth has always been problematic has been the early game power it grants while at the same time really making her later ganks unfair feeling to go against. Current Eve's W actually offered a solution to this. If Eve's W did enough of a percentage of her damage in her total burst combo, it would be substantially more important to use, especially early game when her base damage is lacking. The result would be more sem-telegraphed ganks that partially solve the issue with her old passive's early game power, and allow her to have stealth at level 1.

Whiplash: Deals flat magic damage, applying on hit effects and granting attack speed for 3 seconds. I personally don't think that the movement speed is very impactful. Attack speed would help more with early clears. Max health damage and empower mechanic moved to Q to space out burst more, as compensation for adding damage on her W that she can now proc through minions with Q.
