PD/Yasuo nerfs

I am shocked to once again see that frozen mallet phantom dancer and Yasuo all remain untouched. PD gives u so much dueling potential as well as cheap and easy build path and needs nerfs regardless of the user. When U add frozen mallet and Yasuo u get a champion who right now has a decent early to mid game with huge snowball potential that becomes both tanky and high damage and tough to 1v1 unless you are far a head. While also having solid team fight with windwall and ult he can both group and spilt push and fits into any team comp. if he is not the definition of outlier which riot always says they hate then what is.
