Botters in Dominion

So, I logged in, played some ARAM, had some fun, thought well Dominion is alright, lets check it out now... Low and behold there are a group of botters 8+ with similar names randomly joining games, running on all bots... Sad, I went in with a group of me and 1 other (2) and we felt the experience wasn't that of what it should be, so we proceeded to report the entire group of 8, 5 we were against, and 3 on our team that we were stuck with! Clearly this map isn't used much at all other than for common botters... Sad how League of Legends is allowing such accounts run ramp-id...

I feel as if I am already wasting my time playing a video game, but it is fun, and sometimes stress relieving if players play to have fun, but it's more stressful when cheaters sit here and have no wasted time, only a little effort to find your faults. I would suggest a temporary shut down of Dominion maybe invoke something different to require more personal use, if nothing is entered it should suggest a bot is suspected and removed, or better... It sucks, for everyone, to have an added burden to stop botting, but if nothing is done, this game too will fall to the B list, and no one will want to play or support it! :\

I'm trying to help you help yourselves, and us by making this place better, don't toss our reports aside... It's disheartening to report and nothing is done! I know I test the limits at times when I get frustrated, and I feel there is no law to restrict but occasionally you make me remember... Sadly, botting should be a HUGE offense, as it's not even requiring human interaction! And sadly, it's ALL over League of Legends now! Even in ARAM it seems, Definately in Bot games a Mid bot will pop in, not speaking, and just run straight for enemy base, never attacking anyone, and feeds the ever living crap out of the computer bots. What gives really! I'll NEVER read this, if you want to contact me or follow up on this, I suggest you find me! I had to jump through WAY too many hoops just to find a forum where no one probably reads this EITHER! Other than fellow players... But it's definately worth looking into... And hey, if you don't care about your game... Nor will we... These kinds of games are a dime a dozen now, and if you really want to make it better than the "Dime a Dozen" games, I suggest you put in some anti-bot work somewhere, somehow! Hell, there isn't even an option to report botters! Maybe you don't understand what a Botter is? A botter is an automated computer manipulated program to take control of game functions, and other various tasks. Botters evolve with their desired game, as you will have to evolve your bot detection... Wiki probably has a few how to's to bot in League of Legends and I suggest you look in to HOW easy it obviously is to bot in League of Legends... :( Not even sure, and no desire to personally, but I have seen it in so many other games, I don't think this is the place to discuss those however!

Sincerely, Chuck

That's rediculous... 8 bots in 1 game?

Didn't expect they would reply mate! Well maybe they have come to conclude (like many other games) instead of removing the botters, it's just better to allow them, maybe even invoke an update to benefit botters, or even go as far as putting a bot in their client, like so many other games over run with botters have chosen to do. So now, you can't even report a botter in those games. Even though they are raking in a huge amount of unfair advantages, most game servers don't even care anymore. And this is where we could be standing with LoL... ? Pathetic mindset of programmers these days, however the ones making the bots are willing to work hard at making their idea's work, however maybe honest programmers are too lazy anymore! I dunno, maybe it's a motivational thing, where pay is not even close to sustain a playable game without a botting problem, yet it does need to be addressed!

Hopefully, they read this, and have it printed at every programmers station so they know the issues at hand, however, who is to say if we suggest problems and they can't even chime in after 2 weeks? :\
