My new favorite setup for Lux (I support)

TL;DR: 1 Snare, 1 shield, 9 slows, 45% CDR, 65% Active CDR, unrivaled vision control, and a -ton- of fun in a meta where people only want to assassinate you. You're welcome for putting the TL;DR where it belongs; At the top of the page. Feel free to continue reading if I've piqued your interest.

I felt the need to share this because I had a blast doing it. Keep in mind I'm a support player, so I wouldn't recommend this as a real build for mid. I've been tired with the whole meta being nothing but everyone stacking damage ontop of more damage, and I've been trying to figure out something that enabled me to be supporty while still staying relevant (For example, me having fun without having to try and one shot everyone. Bursting people is great and all, but it gets old)

Runes: These

For anyone too lazy / hesitant to click, the runes are as follows, though only 3 of them really matter for the slows. 4 if you want unrivaled vision control (zombie ward)

• Cosmic Insight - Required

• Zombie Ward - Optional (Subject to removal pending Riot's decisions on the PBE)

• Ingenious Hunter - Required

As for the items, they're as follows. If you're able to keep your lane warded pretty well with pinks and you aren't getting ganked much / you're doing well in lane, I recommend rushing Frost Queens, pick up at least t1 boots after that, into sightstone. Finish your boots if you're going mobility for roaming (just sell them later once you get morellos for lucidity so you can have max CDR, otherwise leave them and finish ruby sightstone first. After that, build the hextech item and feel free to run around spamming both of the items freely. Rylais or morellos in any order.

You aren't that bursty with this build, but that isn't the goal anyways. If your focus is peeling for your allies, I think this setup is a lot of fun \o/. At full build, it gives you 45% CDR, the ability to spam freely with the mana from hextech / morellos, makes all your abilities slow, makes your auto attacks slow, gives you 2 slowing items which slow even MORE from glacial augment, and to top it off you have ingenious hunter to have no cooldowns on your trinket / actives, and zombie ward to further increase your control over the ward control game. I don't think I can make it sound any more OP than that. Your slows have slows, and its amazingly good fun. I encourage people to try it out, not just on Lux, but on anyone you just wanna peel for days on :D

######technically 9 slows :0 . 3 abilities that slow with rylais, lucent singularity also slows on its own, 2 items, 2 more ontop of those items from glacial, and auto attacks.
