MY PROBLEMS WITH FIORA AND UR UPDATE TEAM

So the new Fiora is certainly different. I like her everything about her overall but there is one thing that really annoys me. This one thing is something that plagues a lot of champions and you continue to do it. You buff specific champions, like Garen and Darius, that don't need a buff and leave other champions high and dry. Why did Darius need an update? Why did Darius need more things added to his gameplay that makes him even stronger? You make no sense Riot.

Fiora's cooldown on W needs to be reduced slightly. I am not saying like 15 seconds but it is impossible to trade against champions that can spit out damage with their cooldowns. Chogath can cast his ground pound attack more than I can my W. Fiora's W needs a shorter cooldown. She cannot trade against anybody in top lane that has shorter cooldowns than her. If i have to use my Q and W to block attacks from champions I am as good as dead because the cooldowns are too long.

Um Garen and daruis just needed some gameplay tweaks because they were outdated and hadnt been touched in years.

I think the logic behind the Garen and Darius changes is that they were essentially the same champion; tanky bruisers with a tiny bit of CC, a little speed boost, AoE damage in teamfights, and an execution ult.
