Stealth, camouflage and Akali.
So there's three types of invisibilities in the game right now. Camouflage - these tend to be long, but can be revealed by pink wards/ sweepers/ being within detection radius of the champion. Examples include : pyke W, twitch Q, eve R(passive)
Stealth : these tend to be used during a fight, rather than before it, and cannot be revealed by pink wards or sweepers. In return, the duration on these abilities tend to be short. (example - vayne RQ, kha ult)
Now, not only does is Akali's invisibility a new type of stealth, it also LASTS longer than most stealths, cannot be revealed by champion abilities that normally grant true vision, and grants immunity to tower shots as long as akali isn't attacking.
The whole counterplay to stealth was the fact that it is short since pink wards and sweepers don't work, but you removed EVERYTHING, leaving NO counterplay.
Why is this OK? how is this "good" design? please tell me, CT defenders.
EDIT : Yes, i know akali shroud is stationary, doesn't make a long duration stealth with no counterplay any less frustrating.
And no, the point isn't to walk away from her, the point is if she overextends its VERY hard to punish her.
