lock screen anywhere not just in middle

I would like to see you be able to use the hot key Y to be able to lock the screen anywhere your champ is at the time. Does anybody agree with me? Y would still lock and unlock the screen you would just be able to lock it where ever your champion is and if you wanted it to be in the middle again for any reason you could just hit the space bar and Y. Please consider trying this riot for the people that have a hard time playing with an unlocked screen.

I think they are implementing something like this in an upcoming patch
