Mana Bar Like Health Bar.

League of Legends seems to be all about transparency now-a-days to allow more capability for counter play. With the kinda recent update to health bars, shouldn't the mana bar also be updated to allow for a clearer picture to how much mana someone has. If a player is building a lot of mana items could the mana bar not be like the health bar and add lines to indicate the growth. This would paint a clearer picture in game of the amount of mana someone has for abilities, thus allowing for better judgement in a given situation.
