the cd nerf on ire is way to big
her ult isnt strong enough to warrant a change that massive i think maybe 90 seconds rank 1 would be better shes to metta dependant as soon as the meta changes she will be unviable

Not true...This pretty much only effects the time between Ult 2 and 4. This is just a small early game impact and with all the free cdr. New Tri giving 20% and Black Cleaver. You cap. Therefore you are hitting max cd ult fast as is.
This doesn't have near the impact ANYONE will try to say. Just typical GD Crying about things they haven't fully thought out.
tl;dr Irelia gets alot of free CD so this is next to no impact to her health.
Actually, her ult is incredibly powerful. Good base damage, great sustain, and the potential of Triforce makes her an absolute terror. The new Triforce CD synergized with her far too well, so they increased the CD to compensate for straight buffs to her favorite item.
