Skins after major reworks

Out of curiosity whats Riots standpoint on refunding skins after a major rework?

Example: I dont like the new Graves update and prior to the update I bought his 1350 RP skin (when it first released or so), does Riot feel I have the right to a refund given that I wasnt planning on seeing him changed and even if he was I dont have a say in the matter?

The answer is no they won't refund due to a rework.

They've decided that you take the risk when you buy a skin. They can change them at any time and with any extreme. You're risking a skin get Trundled or Sejuani'd whenever you buy one.
