What Jg champs and Top champs would be good to climb low elo into high?
I usually go Yi or Amumu jg. And Then when I go top I choose teemo.

Illaoi pretty much stomps low elo, just bought her. She is just good at killing uncordinated teams which, bingo, is low elo.
