Removal of homeguard has made rammus boring

The removal of the homeguard boots have made rammus EXTREMELY boring, even though the homeguard effect comes 20 minutes in, by then you would have already bought 4 boots of mobility since hes so slow without homeguard. Rammus used to be one of my favorite champions, but now he just isn't the same. rip rammus.
