@Riot Why CAN'T I see the amount of damage listed in someone's passive when spectating?

Riot, It looks nice. I gotta get used to it but it seems like you fixed the button C for spectating (The button C lets you check champion base stats and what not). So here is another problem. Why can i see the amount of damage listed in someone's passive like for example, Darius. Especially how much AD he gain when he have 5 stacks and how much damage he deal from his passive. How much is his scaling when he is in Noxian Might, etc.
