i never report afks. unless they reconnect magically at minute 18-19 and vote no in the surrender vote so they dont get leaverbusted. i understand there are things more important than just playing a game.
it's more that people are taking advantage of riots failure of a leaver buster system. Of course no one will report an afk player if it benefited them in a ranked win due to riots MMR system where even at even mmr a win is only 17 and a loss is 21 points..
