please change thunderlords

literally every game at least 80% of the people are using thunderlords and they are winning most of the time, and whenever someone doesnt use it they get crushed. and for a game thats been looking to promote a lot of diversity in usage and all that i think having this supper OP mastery needs to be modified, maybe make it how it was on the previous patch where it occured once every 30 seconds instead of 20 or modify the dammage or something. Cause at the moment its overused, and its becoming a win condition
