Chests and S Ranks

Give everyone a 5th chest, that refreshes once every month. Have this one be awarded when you earn an S rank with any champion, even on "tapped out" champions. Because waiting an entire year for chests is kind of much, and giving people a practically garen teed chest every month will make people have a better feeling about getting some rewards.
