So where is the follow-up for Teemo?

He is still weaker then he was before the update.

I understand that the changes happened to make him less frustrating, but so far it only greatly reduced his reliability without giving him enough power back elsewhere to compensate.

Since there seems to be no change for in 5.17, I am wondering when he will be looked at again.
