Mostly because the jungler always messes up. But when I play with premades the jungler ganks are really good. But when i play solo q or with a not premaded jungler i prefer not to be ganked, i'd rather take their jungler gank me than our jungler gank them. Now that i say "DON'T gank me in whole game" i quickly got to gold 4 from silver 5. Just by not getting ganked by allies. I think jungler is a good role and i want to make use of it. But idk how.
Most of my losses have been due to a jungler who ganks people and takes the kill (feeding themselves at the expense of the team) or a jungler who ganks and fails miserably, dying and feeding (usually with a buff) the enemy laner. I ask all the time for them to not gank unless I ping or ask, because frankly they just sit there waiting to take the kill. We need to buff the jungle gold so they get back in there and let the laners do their thing.
This is exactly why i kinda just stopped ganking when im playing solo q jungle. I play 
, farm like a boss, and get big for teamfights. It works pretty damn well. way better than when i tried to play 
, feed 3 kills in 5 mins, and lose the lane for my top laner.
I went on a 10 game winstreak by just playing , farming like your life depends on it, solo drag, get herald, take it to top lane, take tower, 3 roam mid, take tower, rotate bot, take tower aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand GG. I've never really been a good jungler so i was really hyped to find a style that actually works for me.
It can really depend. I know I have ganked at the wrong time and fucked a lane so I need to be more aware of the lanes situation. But equally as many times we have a free kill on a lane and teammate fucks up and we don't get the kill or they die diving. It really ends in a 50/50 for me at least in gold. In silver I definitely make the right play more often than my teammates which is why I ranked out of it.
I like 
this season. Can farm well but can also apply early pressure if needed plus peel and has a nice mid/late game. Almost had a 70% win rate climbing through silver as him. Slowed down now though.
It would actually be really nice to have that communication with my team though. If they really don't want me to gank that would be a blessing since that is one less lane to focus on. I don't want to force ganks but I also know ganking + kills = snowball. IT feels really good when your team on the same page. Not so good when their not though.
Jungle fun but frustrating role. Best part is though You have more control over the game it feels (at least to me) than other roles. You control objectives, get to help lanes, place deep wards, etc. It's like a chess match every game vs the enemy jungler. It's fun but also drains you so I usually have to take a break after a few games. I really should spend the time to get my routes down better and try to predict enemy jungler movement more. I know I could get to plat If I really put in some effort. Sadly I am sick of League and don't really feel like playing it anymore. If only I knew a couple seasons ago what I know now I could have really made a push up the ladder when I had the time and care. Ah well. (probably not even like diamond more just mid plat instead of stuck in silver for 2.5 seasons).
