Rune Idea: Green Thumb, which makes nearby growing plants sprout suddenly

Riot said they wanted to add more Runes in the future after all.

No idea how to make the numbers work, but it could have some cool uses. You can walk up to a growing Blast Cone and use it to escape. You can walk down from your lane in the early game to a growing Honeyfruit and heal up.

If the effect on its own isn't strong enough to be worth a Rune choice (especially in the Inspiration Path which it would most likely end up in) there are all kinds of thematic buffs you could tie to it:

• Gain bonus Movement Speed after interacting with a plant or while inside brush
• Plants you grow can only be destroyed by your allies for the first few seconds
• Plants you or nearby allies destroy are more powerful (more or more powerful fruit, longer vision, damage on blast cone?)
