How am I supposed to climb when I constantly get teammates like this?

Caitlyn would also ult when there were 3 enemy players 150 units away from her. http://prntscr.com/g6hak8 - Toxic AP shaco top lane decided to sweep every kill, then feed his ass off. Bot lane was non existant and never warded. http://prntscr.com/g6hcyv - Game was over before I could do anything, was 2/0 in lane until 5 man bot 3 times in a row. No follow up or ganks because Lee constantly counter jungled and died over and over again due to it.

Like, I'm stuck. Yes, I'm not the best player in the world, but I know this is just fucking ridiculous. I've numbered the things I need to work on down, like how I need to learn how to CS in between fights and scrims, or CS in between taking objectives. Dying less would be nice, and learning jungle paths for specific champions so I can expect a gank at x time, shit like that, but It's like I'm in Korea solo queue where the game is just over within 5 minutes because my team can't get a grip and think about what they're doing. Can someone watch the replays and tell me what I'm actually doing wrong? Because no matter how much I bitch and complain about terrible matchmaking, there's always that guy who says "you'll climb if you deserve it, git gud". I just don't get how I'm supposed to carry when it's a 1v9 slaughter every time.
