Ranked play is a "Resist abuse simulator"

Growing in elo does not have anything to do with Skills, Map awarness or Team play. It's a "Resist abuse simulator":

-You get spammed ping for 20 minutes whatever you do. You spam the guy once: He trolls for the rest of the game -You get insulted by the people you died saving -Last pick autolocks and you have to dodge / take the other position -Non stop typing in chat or 3 lines of harassment every 3 minutes by chat limited people

Only way to gain elo? Kiss the butt of sociopaths. No one ever get banned.
