30 minute queue dodge Penalty

Riot this is simply ridiculous. I was forced to queue dodge roughly 10 hrs ago because I got into a ranked solo queue and everyone was already bitching at each other and 3 people were fighting over mid. Obviously we would've lost that game.

Now, I log in 10 hours later in the day. The only time available I have to play because, you know I actually have shit to do and there is again an obvious person who trolls mid (again I'm last pick) picking clairvoyance and clarity. And I have to dodge, rather than waste my time and 20 lp.

Now I can't play for the rest of the night because of this. Really freaking sucks.

The system definitely needs to be changed. I rarely ever queue dodge, maybe under a dozen times since I started playing league 8 months ago. The troll problem is really bad in ranked.
