Give Karma another Mantra charge at level 6

But make so she cannot mantra the same ability twice within 8 seconds (So Soulflare, Renewal and Defiance have their own internal CD).

Then adjust her numbers a bit in case this makes her too strong (give her lower base MS, or other tweaks). Perhaps a base CD increase on each Mantra charge, or the one beyond the first.

With her RE and RW no longer providing bonus damage, I think this could work. You can now actually give her multiple charges without making her damage obscene. With the old RW or RE, giving her multiple charges would not have been an option. But now I think it can be an appropriate change, since RE and RW are now pure utility.

I think this is potentially a very good direction to take her. Old Karma players would love it too.
