Why aren't certain champs nerfed in pro play only?

I'll just preface this by saying this is not meant to be a salt post. This is a legitimate question that i've had for a while.

Off of the top of my head, there are numerous champions who simply are not allowed to exist in solo queue because they're too oppressive in pro play whenever they're good.

Champions who suffer from this problem include but are not limited to:

Taliyah Powerful waveclear, strong burst damage, and amazing roams when played well. She suffers from this problem the least however since she's still quite good in solo queue.

Ryze A mediocre to good ryze isn't much of a problem, but when you put ryze in the hands of an expert there's very little you can do against him.

Azir Rediculous safety and damage. There's very little you can do against a good azir in the hands of an expert

Rengar Was nerfed in a total of 7 consecutive patches. Many of these nerfs occured after the champion fell into a ballanced spot for solo queue. The patch notes themselves admitted that Rengar was fine for solo queue, but was performing too well in pro play.

Kalista An adc with damage, mobility, waveclear, and engage... You have to tone her down because if a pro gets their hands on her when she's good, she puts in too much work.

Gnar Is being nerfed in the very next patch dispite being quite weak in solo queue.

With this in mind, what i'm curious of is why not simply have the pro's play a similar, albeit slightly different version of the game. The outliers are nerfed down to a resonable spot and the rest of the champions remain the same.

One reason i can cocievably see Riot giving for this is consistency. Pro play is meant to show how well certain champions fare in the hands of skilled players in a coordinated team environment. The problem with this argument is that pros already play on a seperate patch than we do. The meta could potentially change significantly in the span of a single patch.

There's also the trade off for this which is, fans of these champions simply have to bite the bullet and cope with, what feels like, uneeded nerfs. When your favorite champion is in a weak-ish spot already and it gets nerfed in 3 patches aferwards it feels pretty darn unfortunate.

askriot answered this, I believe the main answer was along the lines of "we only use one set of tuning numbers for league" and it went into detail into why every champ isn't balanced around pro.

Because when you see your favorite champ in LCS, it kinda ruins it a bit when they aren't the same thing that you play

to me , imo... it dont matter cuz what the pros do on a champ i am humble enough to say i cant duplicate exactly

so imo they are already playing a different game

Because the pros practice on Live patches
