Oh yeah, and can we shift some of Thresh's power? Because right now, he's literally good at everything and is the perfect support everybody wants.

Either you:

Remove his W shield
Remove his E passive
Remove his E slow
Q doesn't refund cooldowns anymore
Make him fucking melee range

Or you just change thresh's e passive into physical damage would be a decent nerf. Also adc's are pretty weak these past couple months and are not as dominate when fed compared to a top laner or mid laner that is fed. All in all I think adc need some sort of itemization buff because right now they just get rolled by a fed mid laner.

Making him Melee ranged will actually just be a buff since he can reliably proc the relic shield. I think removing his W shield and/or E passive will make sense, though. E slow is still important imo.
