Game just feels like too much work to be worth playing

No I don't mean adjusting to the new patch or anything like that. I just mean that it feels like a chore to play in dynamic queue rather than the fun it was to play in solo queue. You have to play with and against premades that often lead you to being at a significant advantage or disadavange and they can greatly mess up a lot of games by just ignoring part of their team as well. And you have to have voice chat and know friends that are good players and take advantage of all that stuff to the max. This doesn't seem like fun to me. It seems more like the game has become a bunch of work that's not in the way that you should really have to work in order to get good or have fun with the game. If that doesn't really make sense, consider this:

When I worked full-time at Nintendo, I really liked to get home and play this game. There was solo queue and I could just jump in a game and it was really fun since the players all acted as equal members of the team and it felt like all the players on both teams were of a similar skill level so it was really easy to get ideas as to how to improve to 1 step ahead of all of them or just get ideas of things you should do based on what they were doing.

Now I work full-time at Google instead. And now when I get home, I just don't feel like playing this game at all. I just feel like I want to have fun and not have to put forth the effort required to deal with something like dynamic queue. I could just go play some other fun game and it feels so easy to just get into a match, and its matches don't feel like anyone's cheating or smurfing nearly as bad, they just seem so fair as compared to the ones in this game. I just don't even know what I could use as a motivation to even get myself to put forth all the necessary effort to even play this anymore.

Sure maybe it can be fun for people that have no life and can just play 24/7 or something, but for those of us that don't have much spare time and just want to have fun with what little time we have, this game doesn't seem like the way to do it at all anymore.

Maybe someone could enlighten me with some point of view I haven't thought of, but I just feel like dynamic queue really sucks and I don't enjoy this game anymore. Kinda starting to doubt that I'll ever even play it again unless someone can convince me how it's still fun.
