Getting stomped

I'm stuck guys. Got to gold 1, been in promos even, but I feel like I can't carry. Obviously there's skill involved, and this isn't necessarily about teammates... Yes there are terrible teammates who troll and I am still baffled that I can get my adc 2 kills at level 1 on a tristana and they end up with 4 kills at the end of the 30 minute game (got them a third kill about 2 minutes later). But this isn't necessarily about them. I typically play nocturne, evelynn, lee sin. I pull out nunu/ivern/jax once in a while but I've played about 12 games on jax total. Some of it I feel is composition of the team. 4 melee champs just seems to lose a lot.. But I get games where I play lee sin and the mid katarina ends the game 26-2. Even games that we win I feel frustrated, part of that is super lack of coordination from teams (it is solo queue after all), they just run around doing whatever. But there are more games now where I'm starting to get 'outjungled'. I went for a gank top as nocturne vs a jax with a kennen on my team at level 2, he escapes but I get flash. With the vision I see the hecarim run to my wolves as I'm heading back to my top blue side. The ziggs mid for whatever reason while i'm pinging wolves wards my blue buff and then walks right back to lane so of course hecarim escapes with my camp unhindered and then proceeds to turret dive the kennen and get the kill just a bit afterwards because the kennen didn't want to back even though the jax already had and the kennen has tp. But regardless my ganks aren't ending in kills, yes I got flash and tp out of it, but was behind in farm at that point to the hecarim and ended up 30 cs down at 15 minutes with no ganks resulting in kills. I feel like even in gold 2 my ganks result in kills and I can get fed enough to carry (25-2-19 type fed with 100 cs more than enemy jungler almost every game) and then gold 1 I end up behind. It's a huge disparity, and yes some of it is my teammates not picking good champs and the lack of CC on my team, but that happened in gold 2 as well. But even games that my team wins I feel very frustrated about. I don't like playing tanks for the mere fact that it makes me too team reliant (can't count on an ezreal to ever hit any skill shot that matters). I can't just blame my team for picking horribly and playing too far up because at some point yes you need to take the enemy turrets and those terrible picks will still happen. Yes it would help if my team didn't pick pantheon into a viktor top and lose with 1/2 the cs and lots of deaths. Yes it would help if my mid lane talon actually stayed mid lane so the katarina can't just roam and end 26-2 with a fully stacked mejais one shotting everyone. It would help if the tankiest team member wasn't nocturne, but that is unavoidable unless I want to play a tank and rely on my team to do anything at all (I don't). So at this point, how do I tip over the edge into plat? I understand end of season is more difficult, you get lots of people that haven't played all year coming back just to attempt a climb or smurfs climbing up or whatever else, but I need to be more useful.
